Just stick into your nostril a little ways and hold the other nostril while sniffing. May help open nasal cavitiy.

Made with peppermint essential oil, tea tree essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil.

Not recommended for children, but I have used it on my children. There is some controversy on using eucalyptus essential oil on children. Do your research and make your own decision!
